I am the customer events manager within the marketing team at Microgaming, one of the leading software suppliers to the growing online gambling sector.
With responsibility for researching, recommending, planning and executing all B2B customer events at Microgaming, my role is exciting, challenging and very rewarding. Our events range from exclusive, niche C level corporate hospitality with a handful of carefully selected decision-makers to industry-wide parties welcoming more than 450 guests.
Having worked in various customer-focused roles at Microgaming for over 13 years, I have personally witnessed the extraordinary evolution of the customer experience in our industry. Events have become a prominent focus and, as such, I am always looking for the next hidden venue or unique experience to wow customers and differentiate Microgaming in our increasingly competitive market.
